Mindfulness is a state of being aware of the present moment without judgment. Research demonstrates that mindfulness may have numerous physical, mental, and social benefits to include increased relationship satisfaction, decreased stress and burnout, reduced rumination, increased attention, improved working memory, mitigation of personal bias, decreased heart disease, increased immune function, deeper and more restful sleep, and faster wound healing. We'll approach mindfulness through a variety of modalities to meet you where you are in the moment and develop a consistent practice.
