Whether you're drawn to the restorative stillness of forest bathing, the mind-body connection of yoga, the grounding awareness of mindfulness, the brain-changing depth of meditation, or the gentle energy work of Reiki — there's something here for you.

Rather than offering these as isolated practices, I weave them together, drawing from the full breadth of my training and experience to create sessions that meet you as a whole person.
