“Balance is not something you find, it's something you create.”
Jana Kingsford
How's your cortisol?
Calm your nervous system, clear your mind, and rebuild resilience in lasting ways.
(Even if you're in perimenopause... or a post-menopausal badass.)

The Translation

-
"Stress" also known as your cortisol will come down
-
Sleep? What's that? You will remember how amazing it is!
-
You may find you finally remember where you put your keys and your phone as brain fog clears.
-
You’ll find yourself shifting from outsized outbursts to intentional responses.
-
You'll feel like you can breathe again & your heart might stop the marathon it's been running.
I felt curious, calm, and connected with nature. The data from my Oura ring and Garmin watch both confirmed the relaxation benefits I experienced. Sarah is a natural guide and offers gentle invitations to explore in a safe environment.

Retreat Experiences
Sometimes the most radical thing you can do is stop pretending you’re fine and go sit with the trees, breathe in the scent of pine, and feel their gnarled bark beneath your fingers as you listen to the soft rustling of leaves overhead. Seasonal and micro-retreats offer space to reset your nervous system by reconnecting with nature and yourself.
