My mindfulness workshops invite you to stay present in the moment.  Together, we will begin a journey to a more grounded and conscious life.  We will hold space for ourselves without judgement.  This will allow us to breathe deeper, gain self-awareness and build resiliency.

Path to Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a state of being aware of the present moment without judgement.  Research has demonstrated that mindfulness may have numerous physical, mental, and social benefits. Try it for yourself in this intro overview.  We'll review the latest research, engage in sensory and breathing practices, and close with a guided meditation.

Mindfully Navigating Change

Change, even when desired, is one of life's leading causes of stress. Mindfulness can help practitioners build resilience to more capably handle stress through fostering positive relationships, improving communication skills, identifying what is within your personal control, and increasing capacity to manage difficult emotions.

Mindful Nutrition

Rasayana is a Sanskrit word meaning "path of essence"; an Ayurvedic medical term referring to techniques for lengthening lifespans and invigorating the body.  In Rasayana, everything you consume is nutrition.  In this workshop, we will learn how to mindfully nourish our minds, bodies, and souls by our daily interactions with food, sleep, and technology.

Discover Peace of Mind

Creating a calm and empowering environment to provide clients with the understanding, tools, and confidence to create balance for themselves emotionally, physically and spiritually as they evolve on their journey in this life.

Reiki

Reiki energy to promote stress reduction and relaxation. Sessions are available for both people and pets.

Yoga

Use your breath to impact your body to get into your mind. Bespoke yoga practices for relaxation, immunity, spinal flexibility, and balance.

Meditation

Meditation evokes a recovery state of the body and mind. Allow yourself to be guided to rest, recharge, and reorient to your thoughts and the world around you.

Mini-Sessions

15-min sessions for those seeking intuitive insights or a specific question related to yoga, meditation, or reiki.

Hi! I'm Sarah.

My well-being philosophy focuses on practices which are efficient, effective, and fit into overscheduled lives.  I'm not here to be or guide social media influencers or monks on a mountain, though both have their place in the world.

 

My wish is for all to be happy, healthy, at peace, and empowered to help themselves and others.  As a guide I'm perfectly imperfect - authentic, nerdy, devoted, and full of thoughtful quotes and corny jokes.
