Service Description
Rasayana is a Sanskrit word meaning "path of essence"; an Ayurvedic medical term referring to techniques for lengthening lifespans and invigorating the body. In Rasayana, everything you consume is nutrition. In this workshop, we will learn how to mindfully nourish our minds, bodies, and souls by our daily interactions with food, sleep, and technology. I'll introduce easy to implement tools and techniques to help you approach nourishment of all types and seasonal and life stages in a conscious, healthy, and nonjudgmental manner. We'll review best practices in supporting body rhythms from a variety of disciplines, engage in sensory and breathing practices, and close with a guided meditation to flow in union with life.
