Service Description
Mindfulness helps you build resilience to better handle stress through fostering positive relationships, improving communication skills, identifying what is within your personal control, and increasing capacity to manage difficult emotions. Left unaddressed, chronic stress can lead to high blood pressure, anxiety, depression, obesity, and loss of sleep. By building resilience, you can more effectively work through difficult situations. We will explore your personal values to focus on practices that support you as an individual. We will work with somatic and sensory exercises; such as breathing practices, journaling and guided meditation. All to help shift happen when sh*t happens.
